A Website That Brings Customers In.
Software That Runs the Day.

Halo Concepts designs and builds the whole thing for Vancouver businesses: the first page a customer sees, the booking and payment behind it, and the tools your team runs on.

See The Work

Pick the door. We handle everything behind it.

You do not need to know design from development. Say what the business needs and we build the right thing.

A site designed around your business and built by hand. No page builders, no plugin roulette. It loads fast, works on every phone, and makes the right first impression before anyone reads a word.

  • Design built around your brand, not a template
  • Hand-coded, fast, and stable, with nothing to break
  • Copy and photos sorted with you, not dumped on you
  • Launch, hosting setup, and a month of changes included

A Shopify store set up to sell from day one: products, payments, shipping, and GST wired in, with a design that does not look like every other theme.

  • Shopify set up and styled to your brand
  • Products, variants, shipping, and tax configured
  • Payments live and tested before launch
  • You own the store and the account

The software behind the counter. Booking engines, payments, staff tracking, pay runs, inventory: built for how your business actually works, not how an app vendor thinks it should.

  • Built around your process, in your words
  • Works on the phones your staff already have
  • Connects to your website and your payments
  • Your data stays yours

Most people start here. Tell us what the business does and where the day gets stuck. We come back with what to build, what not to bother with, and what it costs.

  • A plain-English recommendation, no jargon
  • A fixed quote before any work starts
  • Honest about what you do not need
  • No obligation either way
AI and Automation

Bring AI into your business.
Let it read your paperwork, answer your customers, and much more.

The repetitive work that eats your week, handled by software that never clocks out.

  • Reads your paperwork
  • Answers your customers
  • Sorts what comes in
  • Turns requests into orders
  • Writes the first draft
  • Explains your numbers
  • Recommends the right thing
  • And much more
Tell Us What You'd Hand Off

Three steps. No surprises.

You see the direction early, you get a fixed quote before any work starts, and you deal with the same person from the first call to launch.

  1. Step 1

    Talk

A short call or the form below. We ask about the business and where the day gets stuck, not about the tech. You get a plain recommendation and a fixed quote.

  2. Step 2

    Build

You see the design direction before anything is final. Design, build, copy, and photos are handled with you. Revisions are part of the process, not a line item.

  3. Step 3

    Launch and Keep Improving

We check every detail before go-live, then stay on for a month of changes. After that the site is yours, and we are one message away if you want us to keep looking after it.

    Start With a Talk

Design, code, and the software underneath, from the same hands.

The Usual Way

Three companies and you in the middle.

  • A designer for the look
  • A developer to build it
  • A separate app for bookings and staff
  • You passing messages between them

With Halo Concepts

One studio, start to finish.

  • The site and the software, designed together
  • The person you talk to does the work
  • One system, not tools taped together
  • Yours to keep: the code, the data, the accounts

Tell us about the business. We will tell you what to build.

A few lines is plenty.

Before you ask

How much does it cost?
It depends on what we build, and you get a fixed quote before any work starts, never a surprise invoice. As a guide: websites usually land between $1,500 and $6,000, online stores between $3,000 and $8,000, and custom software starts around $3,000 and scales with what it does. Larger projects are quoted in stages.
How long does it take?
Most websites go from kickoff to live in two to four weeks. Stores and custom software take longer depending on scope. Either way you get a clear timeline before we start, not a vague "it depends".
What do you need from me to get started?
A short conversation about your business, your goals, and any content or branding you already have. If you do not have professional copy or photos yet, we help source or write those too.
Can you redesign my existing site?
Yes. Some clients want a full rebuild, others need specific pages brought up to date. We tell you honestly which one makes sense for your situation.
